"Sacred Cacao, Yoga & Sound Healing Ceremony

 

In light of recent events and the turning of the season, our next monthly pop-up will center around the heart—its openness, its tenderness, and its incredible capacity for connection.

 

 

Now more than ever, choosing to stay open, loving, and joyful is a revolutionary act. This gathering is a space to honor both the light and the shadow within us. To feel deep joy, bliss, passion, and wholeness, we must also be willing to acknowledge our grief, heartache, anger, and sorrow. These emotions aren’t meant to be buried—they’re meant to be felt, moved, and alchemized.

 

Together, we’ll explore new pathways of healing through the body. We’ll release what has been held too long and create space for love, pleasure, and freedom—without guilt, without fear, and with full permission to simply be.

 

This ceremony includes:

• Somatic movement to awaken and release

• Guided meditation to soften and center

• Ceremonial cacao to open the heart

• Sound healing to bring balance and restoration

 

This experience is deeply meaningful to me, and I would be truly honored to hold this space with you."
