Wearing a chakra bracelet is said to balance and align your energy centers, known as chakras (pronounced "shock ra" or "chock ra"). The seven major chakras are located along our spine from the base to the crown of our head. Each chakra relates to several facets of our physical, emotional, and spiritual health. The 7 stones are aligned in a very specific pattern. Beginning with red (grounding and stability), these stones represents the Root Chakra. The 2nd stone is orange (creativity, pleasure, sexuality), the Sacral Chakra. Yellow stones represent personal power and self-confidence, the Solar Plexus Chakra. The Heart Chakra (love and compassion) is represented by green stones. The next stone should be blue, representing communication and expression.
